  8. When my part in embedded inside it's self, semantic events that do not have
  9. an object specifier associated with the event, get dispatched to the root
  10. part. When I create the event, I call CreatePartAddrDesc with the active
  11. part's ODPart. When I send the event I pass the active part's ODPart and
  12. ODFrame. How can I target the event to the correct part if the event does
  13. not have an object specifier?
